Este Anexo se dio a conocer en el "Acuerdo por el que la SE emite reglas y criterios de carácter general en materia de Comercio Exterior", publicado el 09/V/2022. Y se encuentra actualizado al 12/II/2026 (Circular G-042/26 y sus Anteproyectos Circulares T-215/25y T-219/25), entró en vigor el 13 de febrero de 2026 (Art. ÚnicoTransitorio del Acuerdo).
